Steak & Sriracha Slaw
For the steak:
1 flank steak
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs dijon
1 good glug olive oil
salt & pepper
Put all of the ingredients in a ziploc bag or bowl, toss the steak in there to coat, and marinate in the fridge for a couple hours. (Or you can watch it for 15 minutes if you're in a rush - I hear beef marinates faster if you will it to). Heat up a pan on high and cook that meat until is has a nice sear on the outside and it's done in the middle.
For the slaw:
1 bag of pre-shredded slaw, or...
1/2 head red cabbage
1 zucchini
3 large carrots
2 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs rice vinegar
1 good squirt sriracha
1 tbs raw honey
salt & pepper to taste
Whisk together all the ingredients and toss the shredded veggies in to coat. Adjust spice accordingly
