Here's something to help with the case of the Mondays... the paleo menu is out for THIS FRIDAY at Matchbox!  Call and make your reservation today! 

If you're visiting from out of town and need to get your WOD fix, CrossFit Palm Springs will have classes Friday and Saturday with a special drop in rate.

Chef Michael Estrada over at Matchbox usually hold his paleo nights on Wednesdays, but I'm so glad he's game for a Friday night so that those of us that might not be local can come!  If you're in or near the area I definitely suggest checking it out - amazing food, great atmosphere, and if you've never been to the desert in the spring you're in for a treat, it's absolutely gorgeous!
