Beef 101
Welcome to "101 Week" I'm doing 2 posts this week that aren't really recipe based, but I thought I'd pass long some of the info that comes my way. Thursday I talk about coconut oil!
We've all wondered... is grassfed worth it? What part of the cow is the chuck? Frozen or fresh?

Paleo Rosemary Lamb Ribs
I recently placed an order from US Wellness Meats and got some lamb ribs (along with my sausage, bison, and beef). They are a great provider of grassfed proteins, raw dairy and even pet food.
These were so flavorful, they only needed some time in the oven a couple things.
